Each 50 minute session costs $125.  Payment (cash or Zelle) is to be made at time of service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full payment to be charged.

Valley Biblical Counseling does not accept insurance.

We are located at 26451 Crown Valley Pkwy Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.  In person meetings at the office are preferred, but zoom and off-site meetings (coffee, lunch etc.) can be arranged under special circumstances.

Most sessions occur between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.  However, under special circumstances, exceptions can be made to accommodate various schedules/situations.

Once an initial meeting is scheduled, a Confidential Life Review (CLR) form will be sent to you by email for you to fill out and submit at least 24 hours before your session.  Then during the initial meeting, a plan of session frequency and goals will be established for the time together.  In acute scenarios weekly sessions made be required, but most will schedule sessions every other week.

Biblical counseling is a form of soul care for followers of Jesus who seek healing and help from the Bible.  God's word is described as a "lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path" in Psalm 119:105.  That is, the holy and inspired word of God has been given to us to help us maintain our footing and ensure that we are heading in the right direction that leads to a deeper and abiding relationship with him.  While the inclusion of secular therapeutic techniques are not excluded, the focus of biblical counseling is about understanding and applying the living word of God.
